We are looking for an Executive Sales Professional to join Novare Search & Selections' Financial Crime Prevention business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth of our Financial Crime Prevention offerings in European markets.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, build new business, and develop clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building a sales pipeline to generate new sales leads and opportunities in European markets.
  • Managing cases throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to signing.
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to drive lead-generating activities.
  • Evaluating new sales partnership opportunities, attracting new relevant partners, and developing pipeline growth with selected partners to support their international sales growth.
  • Contribution to the development and refinement of our go-to-market strategy.
Background and Experience
  • A university degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience that enables you to navigate through banking and IT businesses.
  • Proven experience in selling financial software or SaaS and/or complex solutions internationally.
  • A genuine interest in financial crime prevention and the ability to position yourself as a trusted advisor in your business relationship.
  • Excellent negotiating skills with experience handling complex contracts.
  • Fluent in English; Scandinavian language is a merit.
