About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to connect with key decision-makers and drive business growth.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including email, phone, social media outreach, and attending events.
  • Qualify, discover, and execute inbound opportunities with a mix of fast-paced and complex sales cycles.
  • Conduct customer presentations, demos, and negotiations with prospect decision-makers.
  • Record, document, and track sales activity and customer data in CRM and other systems.

  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

  • You are proficient in verbal and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
