Transforming Customer Relationships

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As an Account Manager at Funnel, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring the renewal of a diverse portfolio of customers across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMER STAKEHOLDERS
  • Maintain a growth-oriented mindset, identifying new opportunities within accounts and highlighting features that increase customer value
  • Develop a solid understanding of the Funnel platform to best serve customer needs
  • Run effective renewal cycles, highlighting the economic value and return on investment to retain and grow revenue

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in an Account Executive and/or Account Management role, preferably in the MarTech industry
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting revenue quotas
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS business models and cycles
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual)
