Transforming Customer Relationships
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As an Account Manager at Funnel, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring the renewal of a diverse portfolio of customers across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMER STAKEHOLDERS
- Maintain a growth-oriented mindset, identifying new opportunities within accounts and highlighting features that increase customer value
- Develop a solid understanding of the Funnel platform to best serve customer needs
- Run effective renewal cycles, highlighting the economic value and return on investment to retain and grow revenue
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in an Account Executive and/or Account Management role, preferably in the MarTech industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting revenue quotas
- Strong knowledge of SaaS business models and cycles
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual)
