About the Job

The Business Growth Specialist is a key role in our growth strategy, focusing on driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying key opportunities for growth, developing and executing plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify key opportunities for growth through market research and data analysis.
  • Develop and execute plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

You will report directly to the Nordics Head of SMB and will be part of a dynamic team of 12 people. This role is perfect for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and market research.
