Position Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in paid digital advertising and a genuine passion for understanding audience behavior across platforms, especially post-conversion. In this role, you will drive customer acquisition, conversions, and overall business growth through strategic paid media efforts. You'll collaborate closely with our CRM specialist to leverage data-driven insights, ensuring our strategies are optimized not just for acquisition, but for post-conversion engagement and retention.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across multiple channels, and is motivated by optimising campaigns for maximum performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign strategy and execution: Coordinate production, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) with a focus on maximising ROI.
  • TikTok expertise: Develop and execute paid advertising strategies on TikTok, tailoring campaigns to SCHMACK's clients target audiences.
  • Data-driven insights: Analyse and report on key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to identify opportunities for optimisation and scaling.
  • Post-conversion analysis: Work closely with the CRM Specialist to understand audience behaviour after conversion and leverage insights to enhance future campaigns.
  • Testing and optimisation: Implement A/B testing and other experiments on creatives, audience segments, and ad formats to improve performance.
  • Budget management: Monitor and optimise campaign budgets to ensure efficient spend while achieving growth goals.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (CRM, tech, content, and creative) as well as client stakeholders to align paid media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
  • Trend monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices, especially for TikTok and other emerging channels.

Qualifications:

  • Need to have: Proven experience in performance marketing, managing PPC campaigns, social ads, and paid media strategies.
  • Need to have: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Need to have: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Nice to have: Demonstrated experience with TikTok as a paid advertising platform, with a keen understanding of its unique audience dynamics.
  • Nice to have: Hands-on experience with post-conversion analysis and customer journey mapping, preferably in collaboration with CRM systems.
  • Nice to have: Proficiency in using campaign management tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Braze, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
  • Need to have: Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with excellent attention to detail.
  • Need to have: A collaborative mindset with a desire to work cross-functionally with content, creative, and CRM teams.
