What will you do?

As a SEM/SEO Specialist you will drive new paying users for different Rebtel's services via digital marketing channels. Your daily work would be mainly focused on optimizing acquisition campaigns, same as work with Rebtel's website content and structure to drive more organic traffic to unlock more growth opportunities.

At Rebtel you will be a part of a diverse cross-functional team, working alongside performance marketing specialists, designers, analysts. While also collaborating with colleagues across the rest of the organization to maximize results.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Paid channel management: Day-to-day campaign monitoring and optimisation on Google Ads. Launching new channels (Bing Ads, Apple Ads and more).
  • Ongoing experimentation: Testing ideas generation for ad copy, landing pages, visual creatives, audiences and more. Documentation of experiments.
  • SEO strategy & implementation: Keyword analysis and development of effective strategies for on-page and off-page optimization to improve online visibility and organic traffic to the website in close collaboration with product and web teams.
  • Cross channel synergy: Ensuring a good synergy between paid and organic search strategies.
  • Content Management: Responsible for updating SEM/SEO related parts of the website in close collaboration with product and web teams.
  • Analysis & reporting: Identifying improvement opportunities and presenting detailed reports with insights generation and suggested next steps based on respective channels performance.
  • Industry trends: Monitoring and timely responding with actions on new trends within digital marketing in tools and campaign tactics.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads, e.g. including campaign setup, daily optimization, performance analysis, budget allocation.
  • Proven track record in developing organic growth strategies by covering technical and content related aspects. Understanding of programmatic SEO, ability to leverage AI to archive best possible results fast.
  • Experience working with website and app analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adjust or similar).
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g, Storyblok, Wordpress, Hubspot) is a plus.
  • Understanding of cross digital channel synergies and different attribution models, coupled with a grasp of latest trends in the area such as iOS14.
  • Native-level proficiency in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a plus.
