About the Job
As a Business Development Representative, you'll identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, build relationships with clients, adapt to market trends, and funnel qualified prospects into the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and stakeholders.
- Contact and present our solutions to potential clients.
- Drive sales growth by setting up qualified meetings or calls.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and create personalized pitches.
- Stay up-to-date with market research and competitor activities.
- Support the sales team with email scripts and outreach sequences.
- Develop strong inbound and outbound sales strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in outbound calling, inbound sales, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Creative, persistent, and resilient personality.
- B2B sales experience, preferably in tech/SaaS.
- HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Fluency in another European language, such as Italian or German.
