We're seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our Existing Seller Management team at Amazon. As a member of this dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our established sellers.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of existing Amazon sellers, analyze their performance data, and develop actionable growth strategies. You will work closely with sellers to identify opportunities for expansion, improve their product portfolios, and provide strategic support to help them reach new heights on Amazon's marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Portfolio Management:
    - Manage a diverse portfolio of existing Amazon sellers
    - Analyze account performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop effective growth strategies
    - Collaborate with sellers to expand their product portfolios and increase their visibility on Amazon's marketplaces
  2. Strategic Support:
    - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within seller organizations
    - Develop joint annual strategies with sellers to drive business growth
    - Offer solutions to operational challenges while maintaining focus on sustainable growth
  3. Relationship Building:
    - Establish and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers within seller organizations
    - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sellers
    - Work closely with internal teams to resolve seller issues and implement improvements
  4. Process Enhancement:
    - Identify opportunities to enhance the seller experience and contribute to process improvements
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative seller tools and resources
    - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure progress
