We are on a mission to create a smooth and insightful seller journey that is unique for Hemnet and maximizes the seller's chances for a successful sale. We're looking for a Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our seller onboarding experience. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance the needs of our users, the business, and the product—ensuring a superior experience for hundreds of thousands of sellers every year. Your main focus will be to ensure users get a smooth onboarding experience when choosing to list on Hemnet. The work involves improving the user journey, personalizing communication, and optimizing conversion in the different steps.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Leadership: Define the product vision and long-term goals, aligning with Hemnet's overall objectives.
- Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with tech, UX, analytics, and other stakeholders to integrate strategies and deliver successful go-to-market plans.
- Customer Focus: Leverage customer insights and data to refine and personalize the seller flows and funnels through discovery, testing, and iterative improvements.
- Team Empowerment: Inspire and guide your team to challenge assumptions, prioritize effectively, and collaborate seamlessly across departments.
- Problem Solving: Navigate ambiguity with adaptive communication and decisive action, ensuring impactful and clear outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Embrace feedback as a tool for both personal and team growth, constantly refining processes to drive excellence.
- Relevant experience in product management or similar, preferably from tech scale-ups or mature companies with commercial product exposure.
- Proven expertise in creating product strategy and vision, and experience with Agile product development.
- Strong background in product discovery and user research, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Bonus: Hands-on technical experience and familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
