As a Key Account Manager on our Existing Seller Management team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and optimization for established Amazon sellers.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of existing Amazon sellers, analyzing their performance data, and developing actionable growth strategies. You will work closely with sellers to identify opportunities for expansion, improve their product portfolios, and provide strategic support to help them reach new heights on Amazon's marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities- Seller Management:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of existing Amazon sellers
- Analyze account performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop effective growth strategies
- Collaborate with sellers to expand their product portfolios and increase their visibility on Amazon's marketplaces - Strategic Collaboration:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within seller organizations
- Develop joint annual strategies with sellers to drive business growth
- Offer solutions to operational challenges while maintaining focus on sustainable growth - Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to enhance the seller experience and contribute to process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative seller tools and resources
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure progress - Knowledge Sharing:
- Develop expertise in a specific area within our service organization and provide guidance to peers
- Invent processes/tools to benefit both internal and external stakeholders
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to drive excellence
