Recruitment Business Partner

As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will own the full recruitment life-cycle for key areas, ensuring high-quality execution and expertise. You will partner with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners as a strategic advisor to guide hiring decisions. Leveraging market insights and technology, you will develop advanced talent sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, delivering with high expertise and quality.
- Serve as a partner and advisor to hiring managers, ensuring expectation alignment and effective communication.
- Build advanced talent sourcing strategies, develop proactive pipelines for key roles, and effectively communicate roles using our functional EVP.
- Serve as a bridge between People Lifecycle, People Specialist Partnering, and Business Functions to ensure seamless execution of process changes and alignment with evolving business needs.
- Assess and steer the competence assessment process, prepare business interviews, and advise on hiring decisions.
- Prepare, deliver, and negotiate job offers, provide feedback to candidates, and ensure a smooth handover to pre-boarding process.
- Connect recruitment strategy to set a roadmap, monitor performance KPIs and metrics, define action plans, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, adaptability and the ability to navigate through ambiguity and change are essential. This combined with a strong business knowledge and a results-oriented mindset, will allow you to effectively evaluate priorities and deliver impactful outcomes.

- Strong communication and advisory skills with expert TA knowledge.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen to align recruitment with organizational goals.
- Adaptability, problem-solving, resilience, and navigating complexity without rigid structures.
- Advanced tech proficiency with a focus on innovation and automation.
- Proven talent attraction, sourcing, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Data-driven decision-making
- Results-oriented with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
- Several years of experience in end-to-end recruitment in an agency or in-house.
