We are seeking a proactive People Business Partner to join our People & Culture team, supporting our Finance & Legal and Strategy & Transformation functions. In this pivotal role, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership and managers, driving people initiatives that align with our business objectives and contribute to a high-performing work environment. You will play a key role in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and fostering a culture that embodies EasyPark's values and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic People Partnering:
    1. Act as a strategic advisor to Finance & Legal and Strategy & Transformation leaders, providing insights and recommendations.
    2. Lead performance and compensation reviews, ensuring fairness and consistency.
    3. Manage complex employee relations issues, providing expert guidance and mitigating risks.
    4. Champion diversity, inclusion, and Easypark's values.
  2. Talent and Development:
    1. Identify talent gaps and support succession planning.
    2. Design and implement development programs to build critical skills.
    3. Provide coaching to senior leaders and managers.
  3. Data and Analytics:
    1. Utilize data to inform people strategies and measure initiative effectiveness.
    2. Monitor KPIs (retention, engagement, diversity) to drive continuous improvement.
  4. Performance and Engagement:
    1. Contribute to global performance management systems.
    2. Collaborate on initiatives to boost employee engagement and well-being.
  5. Collaboration with Specialist P&C Teams:
    1. Partner with centers of excellence (compensation, learning, employee relations).
    2. Act as a liaison between the business and P&C specialists.
  6. Global Compliance and Policy Guidance:
    1. Provide expert advice on employment laws, global mobility, and compliance.
    2. Ensure consistency in global People practices while accommodating regional needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Significant experience as a People business partner in a global company.

Strong strategic and analytical mindset.

Proven ability to build relationships and advise senior leaders.

Excellent communication and influencing skills in English.

Passion for developing people and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Experience managing HR in diverse legal and cultural environments.
