Your Role

This is an opportunity to gain broad HR experience, perfect for someone looking to step into roles like TA Manager, HRBP or Head of People Experience in the future.

Together with the Head of People Experience, you will work on creating the best people experience for all 'Hivians' worldwide by:

  1. Providing global HR support, collaborating with legal and HR consultants to ensure smooth operations and compliance with country-specific regulations.
  2. Overseeing and project-managing Talent Acquisition, from skills mapping to onboarding, ensuring seamless talent integration.
  3. Managing day-to-day People administrative tasks, such as employee records, benefits, and compliance.
  4. Partnering with managers to provide hands-on support in achieving team goals and driving business outcomes.
  5. Driving or supporting company-wide initiatives, from ideation to delivery.
  6. Optimizing HR systems, processes, and tech to streamline how we work, enabling us to focus on creating impact.
Could This Be You?

To thrive in this role, you'll need a few years of broad HR and TA experience within a People Org after graduating (e.g., a Bachelor's in HR/related field). As a small company, adaptability is key, and experience in a scale-up, start-up, or fast-paced environment is a plus, as well as experience with Swedish labor law.
