We're looking for a People Partner who's passionate about helping leaders thrive and creating a great place to work. In this role, you'll partner with our leaders to optimize teams, manage change, and keep everything running smoothly. This role's primary area of focus will be toward operations, but given the broad scope of our business, with employees in both operations and office operating in Sweden, this is a great opportunity to grow within a wide range of people's areas.

What You'll Be Doing in this role:

  • Partner with area leaders to optimize organizational effectiveness and drive people initiatives.

  • Lead and execute organizational changes, collaborating closely with leadership teams.

  • Provide support on complex personnel cases and offer strategic solutions, in accordance with employment lay and best practices.

  • Act as a trusted advisor on job architecture, salary matters, and role sizing.

  • Build strong union relationships and negotiations across a wide range of changes.

  • Create and improve learning materials for leadership development and key processes, and leading coaching sessions.

  • Ensure compliance with all people-related matters within the area.

  • Analyze organizational health metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, sick leave, rehabilitation) and provide data-driven insights.

  • Develop and challenge leaders on their leadership styles and effectiveness.

  • Share observations from the area to enhance overall team understanding and provide support to group services.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience within a People Partner / HR business partner position.

  • Previous experience working with collective agreements and union processes, preferably within blue-collar areas.

  • Previous experience working with rehabilitation and other efforts to reduce sick leave.

  • Experience in organizational design, talent management, and leadership development.

  • Ability to manage complex situations and provide strategic solutions to both leadership and employees.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in union environments.

  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on organizational health and people metrics.
