Som Key Account Manager inom Existing Seller Management (ESM) hos Amazon ansvarar du för att utveckla och optimera en portfölj av etablerade säljare. Genom datadriven analys och skräddarsydd rådgivning hjälper du säljare att maximera sin tillväxt och förbättra sin lönsamhet på Amazon Marketplace. Ditt fokus ligger på områden som kampanjstrategier, produktutbud, internationell expansion och logistiklösningar. Rollen innebär även att bygga långsiktiga relationer och fungera som en strategisk partner för säljare i en dynamisk och global miljö.
Dina framtida arbetsuppgifterDu kommer att spela en nyckelroll i att stärka Amazons säljpartners genom strategisk rådgivning och relationsbyggande. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:
- Hantera och utveckla en portfölj av etablerade Amazon-säljare.
- Analysera försäljningsdata för att identifiera tillväxtmöjligheter.
- Genomföra affärsgenomgångar och justera strategier utifrån resultat.
- Hjälpa säljare att utöka sitt produktsortiment och nå fler marknader.
- Skapa och genomföra årliga strategiska planer för nyckelkunder.
- Lösa operativa utmaningar och identifiera långsiktiga tillväxtstrategier.
- Bygga starka relationer med beslutsfattare och fungera som deras primära kontaktperson.
- Arbeta tvärfunktionellt med interna team för att förbättra säljarnas upplevelse.
- Driva projekt för att utveckla och implementera nya verktyg och processer.
- Specialisera dig inom ett affärsområde som varumärkesbyggande, fulfillment eller kampanjer.
För att trivas i denna roll ser vi att du har en stark analytisk förmåga, är affärsdriven och har lätt för att bygga långsiktiga relationer. Du har:
- Utmärkta kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
- En akademisk examen inom ekonomi, teknik eller motsvarande.
- Erfarenhet från strategisk rådgivning, key account management, digital marknadsföring, affärsutveckling eller liknande.
- Starka analytiska färdigheter och erfarenhet av att hantera komplexa datamängder (gärna i Excel).
- Förmåga att driva projekt och samarbeta med intressenter på olika nivåer.
- En strukturerad och resultatinriktad arbetsstil.
- Erfarenhet av att arbeta i en snabbföränderlig miljö.
- Kunskaper i andra nordiska språk (Finska, Norska eller Danska).
- MBA eller annan vidareutbildning inom affärsutveckling.
- Erfarenhet av CRM-verktyg och e-handelsplattformar.
- Start: Enligt överenskommelse.
