About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Development Lead to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success and a passion for developing and executing growth strategies.

The Client Development Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth within our existing customer base. They will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upsells and expansions, and develop targeted plans to achieve these goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for assigned customer accounts
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upsells and expansions
  • Develop targeted plans to drive growth within customer accounts
  • Monitor and report on customer engagement trends, identifying risks and creating action plans to address them

Qualifications

  • +1 years of experience in customer success or a related field
  • Demonstrable success in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and craft action plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Swedish and English
