Business Development Opportunity

Finastra is looking for a skilled Sales Executive to drive business growth through identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. As a member of our team, you will leverage market insights to build strong relationships with clients and lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Initiation and Closure: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new revenue streams and expand customer base.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and client needs to inform sales strategies and improve product offerings.
  • Leadership: Foster a collaborative team environment, lead by example, and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Problem Solving: Develop creative solutions to complex client problems, leveraging expertise in product and industry knowledge.
  • Territory/Account Management: Identify and pursue high-potential sales opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Influence: Build trust with clients and stakeholders through exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in complex selling environments.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and competitor landscapes.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
  • Strong network of relationships with critical decision-makers and influencers.
