The Role:

As a Senior Client Solutions Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth and delivering results-driven solutions to our top clients in the Nordics. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of sophisticated top-accounts, collaborating with internal cross-functional teams, and analyzing data and insights to inform strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable business results for partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify, create, and implement marketing solutions
  • Analyze data and insights to inform strategy and guide the implementation of client solutions
  • Serve as an external product consultant, educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and growing a portfolio of clients/accounts within the online retail sector, with a proven track record of overachieving on revenue, growth, and solution adoption goals.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends, including direct response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, and CRM.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a curiosity and hunger to learn in an ambiguous environment.
  • 5+ years of experience working within CPG, retail, or entertainment sectors with marketing expertise.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and confidently present insights and solutions to external clients.
