Responsibilities include:

  • Scaling sales: Lead, build, and scale the sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Developing strategy: Own and execute a sales strategy that targets high-potential markets and customers.
  • Building relationships: Cultivate key partnerships and customer relationships to grow Wintrgarden's presence.
  • Collaborating with leadership: Work with the executive team to align sales efforts with our broader growth goals.
