About the Position:

We are looking for a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and HR leaders, positioning our platform as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.

Your role will focus on identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion. You will analyze customer data and usage patterns to provide valuable insights and recommendations that enhance the customer experience.

A key part of your responsibilities will be proactively identifying risks, using a data-driven approach to mitigate potential challenges, and collaborating closely with customers to secure long-term success. You will also lead training sessions, workshops, and business reviews to ensure customers effectively use our platform to achieve their goals.

Additionally, you will own and drive renewal and expansion opportunities within your customer portfolio, fostering strong, long-term relationships. By executing retention strategies, addressing risks proactively, and maximizing value for each customer, you will play a critical role in our continued growth.
