Gaming Partnership Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Client Success Advocate to join our client-facing team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with top gaming publishers to ensure their success on our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic plans to drive client success and maximize the value of their partnership with Wehype.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring a seamless collaboration
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client success and maximize the value of their partnership with Wehype
- Provide proactive support and guidance, helping clients optimize their creator campaigns based on performance insights and industry trends
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of Wehype's platform and services
- Monitor campaign performance and key success metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to address client needs and enhance their experience
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and growth, positioning additional Wehype services where relevant
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles (Account Management, Customer Success, or Partnerships)
- Passion for video games and the gaming industry
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team player with a strong ability to commit and follow through on projects and objectives
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
