About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and building relationships with clients. You'll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to drive sales growth and pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and stakeholders.
  • Contact and present our solutions to potential clients.
  • Drive sales growth by setting up qualified meetings or calls.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and create personalized pitches.
  • Stay up-to-date with market research and competitor activities.
  • Support the sales team with email scripts and outreach sequences.
  • Develop strong inbound and outbound sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound calling, inbound sales, and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Creative, persistent, and resilient personality.
  • B2B sales experience, preferably in tech/SaaS.
  • HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in another European language, such as Italian or German.
