Senior Sales Team Lead Position

This is a senior sales team lead position within our digital transformation team at Cisco. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and leadership, with experience in coaching and mentoring teams to achieve their goals. They will also have a solid understanding of inbound and outbound lead qualification processes, sales pipeline generation, and metrics such as SQLs, conversion rates, and booked meetings.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team of BDRs and ISRs, providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to help team members improve their sales prospecting, lead qualification, and communication skills. They will also collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to execute effective inbound and outbound strategies to maximize pipeline creation.
