Position Green has 750+ clients with more than 400 employees located across 10 locations in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the US, Benelux, DACH and the UK. About the role:
As our Global Head of Sales you will provide strong leadership to our global sales organization and ensure that Position Green continues to scale effectively. You will be responsible for refining our sales strategy, optimizing processes and ways of working, and continuously enhancing a data-driven approach to sales execution. As a strategic and inspirational leader, you will foster a high-performance culture, develop and empower teams, and drive collaboration across regions to achieve sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Continue developing and executing Position Green's sales strategy to accelerate growth across markets, including the Nordics, Benelux, DACH, the UK, and the US.
- Revenue and Performance Management: Drive revenue growth by analyzing pipeline performance, sales conversion metrics, and market trends. Identify opportunities for optimization and lead data-driven decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of Sales Managers and Sales Team Leads, overseeing a total salesforce of 50 professionals. Foster a high-performance sales culture and support the team in achieving our targets.
- Sales Operations & Process Optimization: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Sales Operations team, to refine sales methodology, playbooks, processes and CRM usage (HubSpot) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Market Expansion & Sales Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success and Product to align sales initiatives with Position Green's overall business strategy.
- Sales Execution Across All Segments: Support the team in navigating complex deals and ensuring a scalable and effective sales process across all customer segments, aligning with Position Green's value proposition and long-term business goals.
- Pricing, Packaging & Commercial Strategy: Refine our pricing model, sales motions, and packaging strategies to drive sustainable growth, in alignment with market expectations and competitive positioning.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Report directly to the CCO and collaborate closely with Managing Directors and Team Leaders across markets, to provide insights, forecasts, and recommendations that shape the company's commercial direction.
To succeed, we believe that you are:
- A strategic sales leader with proven experience in managing and improving B2B SaaS sales teams.
- Experienced in leading international teams and driving growth across multiple markets.
- Data-driven, analytical, and able to leverage insights to optimize sales methodologies, enhancing playbooks and an efficient sales organisation.
- Skilled in sales execution, contract negotiations, and pricing strategy.
- Strong leader with coaching abilities, capable of inspiring and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Adept at working cross-functionally, aligning sales with marketing, customer success, product, and Managing Directors in different markets.

Location
