About the Role

This Sales Excellence Lead position offers a chance to work with senior-level stakeholders across our global sales organization. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping our sales teams' alignment with our internal methodologies and best practices.

You will play a vital role in guiding sales teams and leaders through sales motions and strategies, driving innovation in analytics, and fostering a culture of excellence throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Cultivate strategic partnerships with segment leaders to implement account/portfolio partner business plans.
  2. Establish and maintain a collaborative rhythm of connection with peers and leadership.
  3. Provide expert guidance on sales motions and strategies to optimize opportunity management.
  4. Promote and develop effective segment strategies for segmentation, territory planning, and quota allocation.
  5. Foster strong relationships with sales leaders to drive key initiatives forward.
  6. Ensure seamless awareness and understanding of corporate or timezone programs.
  7. Leverage data-driven insights to lead process improvements and enhancements in sales team capabilities.
  8. Analyze and address sales-related challenges and blockers.
  9. Lead innovative analytics initiatives to uncover key revenue drivers.
  10. Elevate sales process discipline and adherence to standards in partnership with sales leaders.
  11. Serve as a senior leader, supporting segment leader capacity and representing the segment as an internal advocate.
