About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and motivating a diverse team of six, setting clear objectives and performance incentives. You will also organize training and sales coaching for your team, manage direct reports, and ensure excellent reporting of Merchant sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a diverse team of six, with a focus on setting clear objectives and performance incentives.
  2. Drive Business Growth: Identify and seize new revenue opportunities, exceed sales targets, and develop and implement sales strategies.
  3. Manage Merchant Portfolio: Define and execute strategies to improve merchant coverage, conduct business reviews with key merchants, and monitor financial performance.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and ensure alignment in the delivery of post-sale services to merchants.
  5. Build Relationships: Maintain strong partnerships with top partner accounts, negotiate deals focused on revenue growth, and represent Edenred externally.
