Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Regional Sales Director in the Nordics region. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage high-performing sales teams and drive revenue growth and expansion.

  • This role requires a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in international field leadership and a proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for setting goals, objectives, and priorities that align with the organization's vision and drive business results.
  • You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement operational plans and priorities that meet functional strategies.
Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage high-performing cross-country sales teams to achieve revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive business results and align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational plans and priorities that meet functional strategies.
  • Provide management oversight to sales, solutions engineering, and partner managers within the region to drive all pertinent issues related to sales strategy and goal attainment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 15 years of international field leadership experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including formal presentation skills (English).
  • Ability to connect the dots between technology and the role technology plays in delivering business outcomes.
  • Experience in developing programs and processes to drive revenue and/or customer loyalty.
  • Solid understanding of the sales processes and analytical skills.
  • Experience with developing budgets and predicting project costs.
  • Demonstrated ability to directly manage employees across multiple countries.
  • Strong ability to influence cross-functional employees, and partner with international peers.
