Job Title: Team Manager – North Europe Customer Success TeamWe're looking for an accomplished Team Manager to lead our Customer Success department. This role offers a chance to start your Teamtailor journey and potentially unlock more exciting opportunities within Customer Success once the current maternity leave concludes.
In this role, you'll oversee a diverse team of 20 Customer Success Managers (CSMs), consisting of Senior and Enterprise CSMs, supported by a dedicated Team Lead to drive results for our colleagues and customers.

Your Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily team operations to guarantee efficient task completion.
- Establish and attain team goals, collaborating with the Head of Customer Success for department-wide objectives.
- Monitor and follow up on team KPIs, along with individual progress and overall performance with the Head of Customer Success.
- Develop and assign projects, guide team members, and provide necessary support to enhance their performance.
- Assist team members in handling customer and internal matters.
- Pursue market expansion in North Europe, promoting success for both customers and Teamtailor.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between departments at Teamtailor.
- Implement strategies to boost team member performance and contributions to the Customer Success department.
