Job DescriptionWe're seeking a seasoned Team Manager to join our Customer Success department. This role is not only a temporary opportunity but also the beginning of your Teamtailor journey. Once the current maternity leave concludes, we anticipate other exciting leadership roles within Customer Success, and we aim to develop a fixed, long-term leadership position tailored to Teamtailor's growth and your performance and potential.
In this role, you'll lead a diverse team of 20 Customer Success Managers (CSMs), including Senior and Enterprise CSMs. You'll be supported by a Team Lead, ensuring we deliver exceptional results for our colleagues and customers.

Your Key Responsibilities- Oversee the team's day-to-day operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Set and achieve goals for your team and its members, contributing to department-wide goals alongside the Head of Customer Success.
- Follow up on KPIs with your team, individuals, and overall together with the Head of Customer Success.
- Lead and delegate projects, coach team members, and provide them with the support and guidance they need to excel.
- Support and help your team members with customer and internal cases.
- Play a key role in developing the North Europe markets, driving success for both customers and Teamtailor.
- Contribute to ensuring that the collaboration with all departments in Teamtailor is smooth and strong.
- Take initiatives to improve the performance and development of your team members, and projects to improve the Customer Success department.
