Customer Success Role Overview
CSOD Sweden AB - Stockholm is seeking an experienced Team Lead, Customer Success NBL to lead a team of Strategic Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in the NordicsBeLux and DACHEE region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, driving customer adoption, and increasing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a deep understanding of the Customer Success space. They will be responsible for leading and managing a team of CSMs, providing guidance and support, and driving customer engagement within their portfolio of customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of CSMs, including hiring, developing, coaching, and retaining team members
  • Provide guidance and support for CSMs in areas such as customer relationship management, product knowledge, talent management best practices, and strategic business acumen
  • Drive customer engagement and Success within your own portfolio of Customers. Be a guide and lead for both the customer as well for the Cornerstars interacting with your assigned customers.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for CSMs when standard processes have been exhausted
