About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our off-trade field sales team, comprising sales representatives and area sales managers. As Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, market share growth, and operational excellence through a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and experience in managing geographically dispersed sales teams. You will report directly to the Sales Director and collaborate closely with key account managers, customer marketing manager, and sales support specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a successful field sales team, focusing on delivering profitable sales and achieving channel strategy goals.
  • Ensure effective brand sales briefs execution in-store, maximizing brand visibility and impact.
  • Steer and manage field sales operations, setting targets, monitoring results, and planning and executing field sales cycles.
  • Manage the field sales expense budget and foster in-store excellence through structured training and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and leadership skills, with expertise in performance management.
  • Exceptional negotiation, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
