Som Field Sales Representative spelar du en viktig roll inom organisationen och ansvarar för försäljning, synlighet och attraktivitet för Soleras produkter hos utvalda kunder inom dagligvaruhandeln.
Som Field Sales Representative kommer du arbeta med att utveckla försäljningen av Solera's snacks- och dryckesprodukter tillsammans med dina kunder. Du kommer att arbeta med spännande och starka varumärken som Lays, Doritos, Cheetos och Ginger Joe. I det dagliga arbetet ingår bland annat säljarbete och att upprätthålla goda kundrelationer, öka synligheten för Solera's produkter i butik, följa upp och analysera försäljningsstatistik samt planera åtgärder utifrån den tillsammans med dina kunder.
Du kommer att påverka hur Soleras varumärken är synliga för konsumenter i livsmedelsbutiker och tillsammans med kunderna planera för nyskapande marknadsföringsaktiviteter.
Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid. Du kommer att få stöd av ett energiskt säljteam och rapportera till Area Sales Manager.
Personliga egenskaper & kvalifikationer:
För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du är en entusiastisk och motiverad fältsäljare med god samarbetsförmåga. Du trivs med att jobba självständigt likväl som i team, och är energisk och produktiv i ditt arbetssätt. Arbetet som Field Sales Representative är ibland hektiskt och snabbt föränderligt och arbetet kräver förmågan att reagera snabbt på skiftande situationer och kundbehov. Samtidigt behöver du behålla en positiv attityd och ha en god känsla för kundservice.
- Arbetet innebär bilkörning, B-körkort är därför ett krav
- Ett genuint intresse för snacks-och dryckesindustrin och att driva och utveckla kategorierna
- Flytande kunskaper i det svenska språket i tal & skrift, samt god förståelse av engelska
- Framgångsrik erfarenhet av att arbeta med försäljning och kundrelationer är starkt meriterande
- Relevant eftergymnasial utbildning, exempelvis inom företagsekonomi, är meriterande
