Om rollen
Som Sales Representative hos oss kommer du att spela en nyckelroll i försäljningsarbetet, där du driver hela säljcykeln – från att identifiera potentiella kunder till att slutföra affärer. Du kommer att arbeta huvudsakligen via telefon och använda moderna system och verktyg för att skapa nya affärsmöjligheter. Du kommer också att samarbeta nära vårt Customer Experience-team för att säkerställa en smidig och positiv kundupplevelse även efter avslutad affär.
Dina arbetsuppgifter:
- Driva hela säljcykeln, från behovsanalys till signerat avtal.
- Arbeta huvudsakligen via telefon med B2B-kunder.
- Bygga och vårda långsiktiga kundrelationer.
- Samarbeta med teamet och Customer Experience-avdelningen för att maximera kundnöjdheten.
Vad vi söker hos dig
Vi söker dig som är ambitiös, målmedveten och har ett naturligt driv. Du tycker om att skapa goda relationer och har förmågan att driva försäljning även när det ibland innebär utmaningar. Du trivs i en resultatdriven miljö där du har stöd att utvecklas och ta nästa steg i din försäljningskarriär.
Erfarenheter och färdigheter:
- Tidigare erfarenhet av telefonförsäljning, gärna inom B2B.
- God datorvana och förståelse för system.
- Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
