About the Role

Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving new business sales for Leadoo. You will be responsible for scouting the Swedish market, identifying potential clients, and building relationships with key decision-makers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify B2B companies in Sweden that can benefit from Leadoo's services.
  • Cold Outreach: Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone to initiate meaningful conversations and build rapport.
  • Pipeline Management: Utilize HubSpot to maintain and manage your prospect pipeline.

You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and work with colleagues in Stockholm and other European offices to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: At least a High School diploma.
  • Experience: Some previous experience in an SDR-role, preferably from a digital/tech-company.
  • Languages: Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-Savviness: A strong interest in technology.
  • Personality Traits: Enthusiastic, goal-driven, and organized.
  • Omnichannel Outreach: Comfortable with various types of outreach such as phone, email, video, and LinkedIn.
  • CRM and Automation Tools: Experience with CRM and other sales automation/prospecting tools.
