Job Summary
This role involves leading our Strategic Account Management team to achieve revenue targets. You will train and develop team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop strategic plans for key accounts. You will also be responsible for driving new behavior, such as outbound sales and cross-sell opportunities.

About You
You have a proven track record of success in B2B sales management, with experience leading high-performing teams. You are results-driven, tech-savvy, and able to motivate others to achieve their best. You have excellent communication and leadership skills, and are able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales management
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working in the MarTech space
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
