We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead and optimize the sales field force for Lindt & Sprüngli in the Swedish market. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales processes that maximize productivity, align with business objectives, and ensure the long-term growth of our premium chocolate brand.
You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that all sales personnel are equipped with the tools, training, and support they need to succeed. The position requires collaboration with senior leadership to set and achieve both short-term and long-term sales goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years experience in sales management and operations within FMCG
- Proven track record of successfully managing company initiatives
- Fluent in Swedish and English
