About the Job

The Director of Sales and Marketing Strategy will be responsible for driving the overall sales and marketing strategy for Support Revolution. This includes developing plans to increase revenue, expand market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and other business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferably in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership and business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with market analysis, competitive research, and sales strategy development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
