About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead our sales team in the Nordics, driving growth and revenue. As a seasoned sales leader, you will oversee the management of our sales processes, ensuring optimal coordination of company resources and sustainable delivery of results.

Key responsibilities include managing the performance of the sales team on a daily basis, monitoring activity, and initiating corrective action when necessary. You will also be responsible for managing sales opportunities through direct reports and liaising closely with other sales leaders and operations teams.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional who can anticipate, identify, and analyze problems and opportunities, establish priorities, and efficiently allocate and utilize resources. A strong track record of coaching sales teams to perform using a structured sales process and methodologies is essential.
