Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales process improvement and implement best practices to increase revenue and profitability
- Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to drive excellence
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in new business sales
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team
