Sales Leadership Development Director

We are looking for a Sales Leadership Development Director to join our growth team at Mentimeter. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction across our largest and most strategic clients in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Recruit, onboard, and coach new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and/or Growth Account Executives (GEs) according to the current recruitment plan.
  • Team Performance: Develop, mentor, and coach each team member to help them reach their full potential and drive high performance.
  • Operational Work: Lead operational work of your SDRs and GEs.
Performance Metrics Management
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor account performance and client success metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive results.
  • Goal Alignment: Create and align common team targets, goals, and strategy for your team together with the Retention Sales Managers and Director of Strategic Accounts to cater for both short- and long-term success.
Qualifications
  • Sales Experience: 5+ years experience in selling towards the Enterprise, handling complex sales & buying processes with the largest companies in the world.
  • Leadership Role: 3+ years of experience in strategic account management and leadership roles within the SaaS industry.
  • Growth Focus: Proven success in driving growth across enterprise-level accounts.
  • Value-Based Selling: Strong knowledge of Value-based selling and frameworks like MEDDPICC.
  • High-Performing Team Leader: Strong background in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
  • Data Analysis: Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
