Sales Leadership Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our insurance software sales efforts in the Nordics region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed annual new business revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, account management, and client relationship management, to develop and execute account development plans.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, including customer senior management, to position our insurance software offerings as the go-to solution for their business needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that address complex client business problems and create compelling value propositions based on solid business cases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Ten or more years of business development or sales experience, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of success in insurance software deals and experience working with finance and accounting.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, selling, and negotiation skills to interact effectively with team members and prospective clients up to the Board level.
