We're taking the next step in our mission to rid the planet of fossil fuel. As the Head of Inhouse Sales, you will lead our B2C inhouse sales channel, driving growth in a competitive market while pursuing our vision.

Your primary focus will be to optimize our sales processes and increase the profitability of the inhouse sales channel. Key responsibilities include setting and monitoring sales targets, developing team leaders through coaching and feedback, enhancing departmental profitability, and identifying improvements in sales processes.

We're looking for someone with experience leading leaders within a B2C sales organization, who can drive change with measurable results, motivate others to perform, build trust, and excel at communication.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be fluent in Swedish, and possess good English skills. They will also be able to work closely with other channel managers to develop and execute the overall sales strategy.
