The Head of Inhouse Sales will play a crucial role in driving growth in our B2C sales channel. This individual will lead a team of managers, coaching and inspiring them towards success, while also contributing to our Sales Management team.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading leaders within a B2C sales organization, with a proven track record of driving change and achieving measurable results. They will be skilled at communicating effectively, building trust, and driving performance.
