Enterprise Sales Leader

Databricks Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team in the Nordic region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-growth enterprise software sales, with experience leading sales teams serving Digital Native and Mid-Market / Commercial customers in the Nordics within the Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS Sales Industry.
We are looking for a passionate leader who can hire, coach, and develop talent, with a focus on methodology-based sales coaching, MEDDPIC, and value-based sales with both business and IT stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing company territory plans, team structure, individual quotas, and patches for their team, including investment capacity requirements.
In addition, they will partner with cross-functional teams to manage a complete revenue and customer success process, inspire a culture of teamwork, and lead with value to achieve desired customer outcomes.
