Enterprise Sales Strategist

Drive Transformation
We're looking for a sales expert to drive strategic enterprise sales for Tungsten Automation Corporation's intelligent automation platform. As an Enterprise Sales Strategist, you'll be orchestrating complex deals with C-suite decision makers and helping major enterprises transform their business processes.
What You'll Do
- Hunt and close new business within your assigned client base by building strong relationships and providing value-driven solutions.
- Build a sales pipeline that consistently meets or exceeds targets by identifying key opportunities and developing effective strategies.
- Partner with our lead gen and sales engineering teams to provide technical support and guidance to clients.
- Cultivate at least 40 strategic relationships per account by leveraging your consultative approach and proven sales skills.
- Turn prospects into raving fans and referenceable clients by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
You're Our Person If You Have
- 5-8 years of experience in enterprise software sales with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas.
- A strong understanding of RPA, SaaS, and automation solutions, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- The ability to navigate boardrooms as confidently as Zoom rooms, presenting yourself as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
- A hunter's mindset with a consultant's approach, able to identify strategic value faster than others spot problems.
- Bachelor's degree (but your track record speaks louder).
