Job Description:

The Sales Growth Strategist will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expansion across Sweden. This position will focus on new business development and account expansion, collaborating with other teams to deliver multi-solution sales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise technology and complex solution sales, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential, along with a proven track record in sales growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy with purposeful action to secure the sale.
  • Collaborate with other Solution Sales teams to deliver multi-solution sales.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Workiva products through ongoing training and a growth mindset.
  • Prioritize selling activities and ensure timely follow-through.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in a related role - enterprise technology or similar complex solution sales.
  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.

What You'll Need:

  1. Understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model.
  2. Ability to demonstrate complex software applications.

Travel Requirement & Working Conditions:

Up to 30% travel for regular customer meetings and events. Reliable internet access required for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office.
