Drive profitable sales growth in our Nordic markets as a Channel Sales Strategist. In this role, you will develop existing sales channels and identify future ones, collaborating with Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers to implement the global channel strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute channel marketing plans and initiatives to achieve set goals and objectives.
  • Cascade, adopt, and implement the global channel strategy to local markets, driving channel topics and supporting overall Cluster priorities.
  • Manage and control local sales channel strategy, developing business relations with channel partners and ensuring end-user and channel partner relations are successfully managed.

You will be part of the Nordic Cluster Management Team, working closely with colleagues to drive sales growth and excellence across the region.

About You

We are looking for someone with a degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, economics, or another related field. You should have experience managing customer relationships, ideally via distributors, with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Knowledge in channel marketing is required, along with competence in Power BI and CRM systems.

A current driver's license valid for assigned territory is essential, and fluency in English is required, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge in Swedish is a plus.
