Regional Channel Growth Specialist

In this role as Sales Cluster Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in our Nordic markets by developing existing sales channels and identifying future ones.
Your Key Deliverables- Develop and execute channel marketing plans and initiatives to achieve set goals and objectives.
- Cascade, adopt, and implement the global channel strategy to local markets, driving channel topics and supporting overall Cluster priorities.
- Manage and control local sales channel strategy, developing business relations with channel partners and ensuring end-user and channel partner relations are successfully managed.
You will be part of the Nordic Cluster Management Team, working closely with colleagues to drive sales excellence across the region.
About Your QualificationsWe are looking for someone with a degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, economics, or another related field. You should have experience managing customer relationships, ideally via distributors, with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A current driver's license valid for assigned territory is essential, and fluency in English is required, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge in Swedish is a plus.
