About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Lead to join our Sulzer Pumps Sweden AB team. As a Regional Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the Nordic region through effective sales strategies, team leadership, and customer relationship development.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed Services revenue targets. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
  2. Leading a dedicated sales team in the Nordics to achieve success
  3. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships within the rotating equipment sector
  4. Collaborating with Area Sales Engineers and Product Line Specialists to develop effective sales activities and market-specific strategies
  5. Organizing and leading customer engagement events, such as technical forums and industry conferences, with support from Marketing
  6. Traveling within the territory to strengthen customer relationships and drive results

About You:

We are looking for a commercially driven professional with a strong sales record. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to analyze market trends, and have experience managing sales teams. A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is also required.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong commercial/business acumen, especially in rotating equipment services
  • Experience managing and developing sales teams
  • Knowledge of best contractual practices
  • Confident communicator and skilled presenter
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
