The role of Head of Inhouse Sales is crucial in driving growth in the competitive B2C sales channel. As part of the Sales Management team, you'll be responsible for coaching and inspiring a team of managers towards success.

Your key objectives include optimizing sales processes, increasing profitability, and leading improvement projects. You'll also collaborate closely with other channel managers to develop and execute the overall sales strategy.

We're looking for someone who has experience leading leaders within a B2C sales organization and has a proven track record of guiding and inspiring team members to achieve their goals.
